1. Fresh Produce
- We guarantee freshness. If your fresh groceries (fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, etc.) arrive damaged, spoiled, or not as described, let us know within 12 hours of delivery.
- We’ll replace the item or give you a refund, whichever you prefer.
- Please keep the product and packaging for verification.
2. Packaged & Dry Goods
- If you receive the wrong product, damaged packaging, or expired goods, report it within 12 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
3. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original packaging and unused (except for defective perishables).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable items after 24 hours of delivery (due to natural spoilage).
- Items opened or used unless they were defective upon delivery.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer) within 1-2 business days after approval.
